The principle that has always guided our family in managing the business has been to find a balance between entrepreneurial activity and the preservation of the environment and landscape. This is how the beautiful wooded strips rich in biodiversity and the marshlands, received from the Salvadego family as witnesses of an unchanging past, are maintained and cared for. We use conservative farming techniques to preserve the productive potential of the soil. We are carrying out a renovation of the barn that respects the original architecture, including the use of materials, which are largely authentic to the period and place.
The guest is welcomed not only in a rural, but above all in an agricultural context. They can observe, hear, and sense with all their senses the fragments of a unique world that, in an alternation of tradition and innovation, leads to the appreciation and understanding of an ancient craft that is rich in history and life.
